Lyric Realty's Broker/Owner, Lynne Mitulinsky, has had her own company in Tampa since 1983. Lyric Realty specializes in residential property management and property sales.
Prior to moving to Tampa, Lynne was a licensed realtor in Ohio from 1979 through 1981. Lynne graduated from Youngstown State University and was an elementary teacher in the Warren city schools.

In order to achieve our goal we must first set up a marketing plan that meets the needs of your property. This process includes previewing the property, determining a price, and targeting potential renters or buyers through advertising in selected media sources. We cooperate with real estate offices in the Mid-Florida area to maximize your property's exposure.
